Your request will be resolved and a response will be provided within 30 days. Requests are generally free of charge; however, if fulfilling the request entails expenses, the provisions of Article 7 of the ‘Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller’ shall apply: “If a written response is to be provided to the data subject’s request, no fee shall be charged for up to 10 pages. For each page exceeding 10 pages, a processing fee of 1 TL may be charged.
